We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future.
