"Rigo ordered and just installed a sliding glass door in the back of our house. He did a great job! The door was a custom order and took four months to receive. Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. I would highly recommend Rigo to anyone who is looking for a good contractor to install doors or windows."

"I initially called to replace one sliding closet door panel and to adjust 2 closets with older tracks and doors that kept falling off. The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors.

"After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. "WOW JOB WELL DONE!!!, Chris Ross is awesome!!! The very same day I placed my job on HomeAdvsior, he called me from his last job of the day asking if he could stop by my house and check out the job requested. I explained how hard it was for my elderly mother who has severe arthritis to currently open and close the sliding door, I am disabled with a severe back injury that limits my mobility and strength. Chris was so great he offered to fix my door immediately, right then and now, and come back the next day with locking door suggestions for my job. It was after 6P.M. and I could see Chris was very tired from a long day, so we agreed he come back on the next business day with his locking suggestions too. Chris came back with his associate the next morning, replaced my broken wheels with these awesome smooth glide wheels, he also came up with a "FREAKEN" awesome locking suggestion that allows my Mother to lock and unlock the glass door with the best of ease. So not only did Chris repair my sliding glass door with new wheels which now slides open with the use of 1 finger and keeps rolling open or closed, my house is additionally secure on the sliding door with the new lock!!! I asked Chris if he also did sliding screen doors because I needed a screen door too, I had no screen door at all. Chris stated that he did'nt but had a great referal that he could give to me, now I have what seems like a brand new sliding glass door, a new lock, and a new screen door all thanks to Chris at Golden State Sliding Door Repair.
