They were easy to work with, listened, asked the right questions, made sure all permitting details were taken care of, and then took my design ideas (as well as my old deck-removal was included in the estimate) and made my vision happen under budget. I couldn't be happier with my new deck! Communication during the project was overall very good. They showed up as promised every day, came prepared, dealt with the mud on the hill they were working on, cleaned up, and even apologized for the muddy mess due to 4" of rain that week!! From bid acceptance to completion was about two weeks, but only due to the rain and an inspection delay.
