"<p>            We originally found Mr. Pearl through this service. From the first phone call Mr. Pearl "Troy" was a professional and that carried through out the job. He was very detail oriented and settled any concerns that I had with answers that he had obviously  gotten from years of experience. Once we decided on a price that was what I consider fair, we signed a contract that spelled out everything he and I were responsible for. </p> <p>           Since this was a second home and I would not be there during the construction of the addition It was tough to put my faith in someone we had just met but it was worth it, Troy is a man of his word they were at the job when we agreed his people were neat and the workmanship was quality. The project also needed some site work as well as concrete, electrical, and plumbing. </p> <p>              I really did not have any serious issues once we started and If I have any issues at all they are not with Pearl Contracting they were with the subs he used specifically the plumbing and alarm co. I'm pretty sure that if you ask Troy he either is not using them anymore or will tell you what the issues were.     </p> Regardless of the subs lacking Troy made what they were responsible for happen. <br />"
