He cleared the drain from the evaporation pan. All is well, and I was satisfied with the weekend charge. Super service. Communication was super on point A+++, never any misunderstandings and always easy to work with and reach when needed, great pricing as well! The Workmanship and Quality of Service was astounding from Mathi and his team who came in went through every vent on three floors even with an imminent power-outage causing storm (Isaiah) pounding into the mix.
