"Unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world. Sometimes things go smooth, and sometimes you hit some rough spots. How you handle the rough spots speak more for you than how you handle smooth sailing. I got a new roof which was installed very professionally in one day. My old roof was a lot worse than I realized and needed a lot of extra plywood, but still got done in just one day! They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
