"Steve was quick to contact me and was able to get ready for the job after some pictures and a phone conversation. He and his team arrived at my house on time prepared for the job. They were very considerate of my floors (which they kept clean) and didn't waste any time. They installed a new electrical outlet outside for my hot tub with extra space for my outdoor tv projector. "Amazing! I was not sure of exactly what I wanted. Alex listened and actually heard what I said. He did not rush or speak over me but offered ideas and suggestions. Our attic is unfinished and no pull down stairs. He brought everything he needed, He worked in a dark space and located wires to help place our new flood light. Our exterior lights are great. You would never know that he drilled through our stucco. When he finished, Alex made sure he left our home better than when he walked in! My house was clean and no one would have known we had work done. Our landscaping is also very difficult and he exhibited great knowledge and skill working on a ladder so far off the ground. I already have him pricing more work I would like to complete."

"Steve came out to evaluate an intermittent problem with flickering of recessed low voltage halogen lighting in an upstairs hall. We were immediately impressed by the fact that he brought with him equipment to cover the carpets and that he removed his shoes when he came in, saying that our carpets looked "super clean". He evaluated the lights (which were not flickering today), light switches, and the electrical junction box, and could not find an obvious cause for the problem. He felt that the flickering may be due to overheating caused by the halogen bulbs in these 20+ year old fixtures, and suggested that we try low voltage LED bulbs to see if this resolves the flickering. We were very impressed by his systematic approach to the problem, his suggestions, and the fact that he didn't simply recommend replacing all of the fixtures (an expensive undertaking) unless the flickering persists after changing the bulbs. We will definitely call him again for any electrical needs!"

"Excellent. We made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out and looked at the work to be done and we received a clear, concise estimate a few days later. We called and set up an appointment and received a call the night before they were scheduled to verify the date and time they were coming. They were very friendly and professional and took their time doing the work. They let us know about anything unexpected. They were very tidy and patched the holes so the overall job looks clean and is ready to be repainted. Everything is well placed and exactly what we had hoped for in our new lighting. We paid a little more than what we may have paid for another electrician but are so happy with the experience and results, it was worth it."

"Good.  Outside of leaving empty boxes and electrical supply pieces in my wheelbarrow (which I think his assistants did), Jamey is great.  The lights are perfect and they were securely mounted to the trees.  We have great lighting in our fire pit area and on the open drain field to have parties now and a wedding in September!  He ran the electrical in and around tree roots, but left the dirt out of the holes.  We had to hire someone to finish it off.  No big deal, I'd still hire Jamey over any other electrical contractor because he knows what he is doing, and does a thorough, safe, job.  He is also very easy going and understanding about money.  The verbal estimate was much lower than what I ended up paying, and honestly I was shocked, but I understand the terrain they had to work with and they deserved every penny.  One small incident, happened our freezer was unplugged during the time they were working here.  We lost about $400 worth of meats.  We were very upset and no one ever took ownership of it.  That was disappointing.  I think Jamey should just work alone, and not have the assistants he had with him on my most recent job, because I think they don't care about their work environment.  Jamey cares, but he needs to dump his crew.  From now on, he can work here but only alone, or with his cousin."
