I received five bids from various roofing contractors, and Reign stood out for providing the most thorough and detailed proposal. After accepting the contract, it took about 8 weeks to get on their schedule. However, once the project began, the team arrived promptly with a crew of 5-6 workers and finished the entire re-roof in just 6 days. This included tearing off the old roofing, removing a decorative dormer, installing new shingles, repairing the stucco, and adding gutter guards around the house. The crew was punctual, arriving before 8 am every day and wrapping up around 4 pm. Despite the nature of roofing projects being messy, they did a great job of cleaning up each day, leaving the property neat and tidy."

There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates.
