We had the stained wooden ceilings in the whole upstairs painted white, leaving the exposed beams stained to lighten up our cabin home. We also had 2 bathrooms stripped of 35 year old wallpaper and painted. Everything looks up to date, brighter and perfect! He did the work before Christmas. My decorations for Christmas looked so much better on a clean house. The front of the house points North so it get moldy fast and is hard to clean. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. Basic & decorative interior painting. I usually work alone but will sometimes bring an assistant if it will expedite the project. I always present a proposal before beginning a job. I will sometimes work hourly if the project is uncertain or if the client prefers to be billed that way.
