I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

That means lower prices for our customers from a very experienced staff.
"I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."

We wanted to redo a large part of our first floor by removing a wall, cutting back soffits, redoing ceiling, stair and loft railings, new baseboard, patio door, fireplace mantel and flooring, a large amount of painting and electrical, and second floor carpet. His team also installed several new kitchen appliances. He had 3 regular staff working full time for well over a month, plus various specialty contractors as needed. Everyone who worked on our project was very hard working, trustworthy and reliable. Howard showed up very often to review progress and help us make various key decisions as work progressed and various issues arose. A very strong point in Howard's favor was his incredibly prompt response to all our phone calls, text messages and emails.
