In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. "Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."

Immediately received an e-mail (auto generated I assume) indicating they would be in touch soon. Still hadn't heard anything as of 9/17 so tried again. Still no response so I went elsewhere. They seem to be a good company and it's entirely possible they are too busy to consider my request and/or my job was too small for them to consider right away (which is why I can't honestly give them an F grade overall), but if you're going to indicate you'll be in touch soon, some sort of contact would be appreciated (even a simple e-mail/phone call indicating you're too busy). Or if your web site isn't your preferred method of contact than don't bother giving potential customers that option."
