"I am not a fan of the whole either you $98 for the estimate or they start work that day. It feels like a pressured sale and that is just not ok. Also the quality and knowledge of workmanship of each person varies tremendously. If my last repair job had not gone so wrong I would hire them again. But they did nothing financially to rectify the situation and to me if you are going to ruin someones project you need to give them some money back. Because to me it still is not fixed and looks like crap."

He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."
