"We were very happy with Alexander Tree Service. They came out and recommended what we needed to do and then took care of it. We had several different companies come out to give us estimates, and they were probably the most professional company that came out. They made me feel the most secure that they  knew what they were talking about and that they were going to do a good job. They also had good prices. There was a tree that had an issue and instead of just cutting it down, he told us what to do to keep an eye on it. I appreciated that, because he could have easily lumped that into his job and charged us to take it down. He did what needed to be done and took care of it well, but didn't try to put too many extras into it. I appreciated that the most."

Although 811 had a back-up with screenings, Levi came out the same day that 811 reviewed our property. Levi was professional, looked after our yard and took care of the 7 stumps within 2 hours. Although we had only contracted him to grind down the stumps, he went above and beyond and cleared out a sizable area around the stumps as the roots were all over. Compared to the competition, Levi was priced more fairly, had a much shorter lead time (his competition was booked out 3-4 weeks and were rigid with scheduling), and he was in and out in just 2 hours (his competition quoted 4 hours). I would recommend Levi to anyone who is looking for stumps to be removed."

Way to prove you’re interested in people’s business. Next, explain in a ‘non-tree guy’ way how you can help us with our situation. Clutch did a great job communicating what he could do, and why we needed it, and what we wouldn’t need. It was not a high-sell, BS sales pitch.
