"We have a double lot on almost 1/4 of an acre in town. They installed ~300ft of chain link fencing (4ft) and three gates. They were very patient with me, worked through all the fencing options, and were even kind when I changed my mind after the initial estimate. The fence looks great, and they don't make you pay until they know you are happy with it. The men who came out and did the installation worked extra hard to ensure that my dogs wouldn't be able to sneak under it. They made some minor changes, with my approval, as there were high/low spots in the yard and they wanted to make sure the fence could keep my dogs in (I have two beagles who love to wander). Overall, I would recommend them to anyone, they do great work! <br />"

"D&N came on schedule to measure for the estimate. The person was courteous and listened to my concerns on the gate on one side of the fence. The estimates came by mail within a few days as promised. D&N's estimate was a little cheaper than the estimate from another provider for the same quality. I hired D&N to provide the service. <br /> D&N called within a week to schedule an installer. The actual date for installation was two eeks earlier than initially anticipated. The installation went smooth. The installer was very courteous and knowledgable to answer our questions on the fence. Overall, the installation was completed very professionally. I was very happy with D&N's service. I would highly recommend them for another fence installation. <br />"

"I own an old house with rotting wood issues.  My rear/upper deck (2nd story) was in very bad condition.  Iossi Construction answered my call for an estimate quickly and was reasonably priced although not "cheap".  It took them 2 days to totally tear out and remove the old deck and rebuild a new one in it's place.  They also did some rehab work on my front porch.  <br /> My rear deck is now brand new, solid and looking very good.  The two workers were polite, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. <br />"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in West Liberty, IA

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
