"Long returned phone calls promptly and politely. He quickly came to our home to provide an estimate that was clearly written including different options. He negotiated dates to perform the project in accordance with the needs of our neighbors who were concerned about the fumes from the project. Delivery of the wood occurred at the time scheduled, and my husband received a call to alert him of the delivery ahead of time. The workers arrived slightly later than scheduled on the day of the installation, but installed the wood beautifully. There was one plank adjacent to the new wood that the team probably should have replaced due to a noticable difference in color, but not a big deal. Long's uncle came two days to apply the finish to the wood, and did this efficiently and nicely. The team also installed baseboard at our request, and did this nicely as well. Their estimate was comparable to other two other companies, and they did not change the price at any point. The work was finished within the planned timeframe. The quality of the work is excellent.
