I was lucky enough to hit a gap in his schedule when I called to start the work, and he finished the full job in an amazing timeframe--demo on Friday afternoon, installation on Saturday, and grouting on Sunday morning. Rich didn't overcharge for simple demo tasks, coordinated with our tile retailer, worked quickly, and was a pleasure to deal with. The results are beautiful. We had to repair a large area in our cobblestone off-street parking space after a tree had been removed and the stump ground. Did a beautiful job re-laying cobblestones, and cleaning up perimeter areas and boundaries with flower beds. Crew of 3 worked hard for a day and a half. Very flexible as our ideas about certain details of the job developed as the work went on."
