"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

For one or two maintenance activities where I was considering a pretty costly replacement or repair, he suggested ways to tackle them that turned out to be much less expensive and complicated. "Trimmed windows in wood and stained.  Also covered with vinyl siding and trimmed on the outside.  Removed and disposed of wall air conditioner and blended knotty pine wall before installing stationary window.  All debris was removed and any furniture put back in place.  I could not have asked for a better job.  Excellent work and very professional.  Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone.  You will not be disappointed.  They do not leave until you are happy with the work and tell you if there are any problems with the work, just call. <br />"
