"John came in today on a holiday day to check my roof. He is a very honest man. He told me my roof is still good for another two years, and doesn’t need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend him for any roofing projects. Thank you John!"

"FRS Roofing won the bid to fix the main slate roof and the 4 rubber porch roofs on my home. Chris from FRS provided the winning estimate after taking a meticulous inspection of the roofs which included identifying the number of slates needed to restore the main roof. He also explained why the rubber roofs installed by a local contractor 20 years ago had prematurely failed. The FRS work crews assigned to our project were all skilled and knowledgeable of their craft. Every crew member possessed a good demeanor and showed respect for our property. Once started, the job was completed without delay as can sometimes occur when a crew is pulled to work on another project. An unforeseen delay did occur when the chimney was being re-flashed. During the bidding process, all visible sides of the chimney appeared to be in fair shape. Once the crew could see the far side of the chimney, they discovered it was completely devoid of mortar. I was shown a photo of this miracle house of cards and immediately authorized a complete rebuild of the chimney which FRS performed at a reasonable additional cost. There were no surprises with the rubber roofs. The original fiber board underlayment which was disintegrating from water damage was replaced with a new material that is impervious to water. Also, the proper rubber was used on the edge strip to prevent it from peeling off as had happened on the old rubber roof. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use FRS roofing again for any property new or old!"

"This team took the time to really understand leaky roof problem before considering the repairs."

"Needed a roof inspection done for my business. They handled my case with care and were very polite and knowledgeable. They gave me the official documents I needed and made sure all the details were available to me about what was going on with my roof."

"First and foremost we choose Marquis Roofing for there excellent customer reviews. We were going to get 3 quotes from different companies, but after meeting Tom we knew we had the right company for the job. The roofing job was quite intricate to say the least, but Tom looked at it and figured out the best way to fix the leak. Knowing how difficult this job could be I asked Tom if he would be there to supervise, he said he would to ensure the job would be done well. That clinched the deal for my husband and I. I knew then Tom had high standards for his company and his customers. No further quotes were needed. Tom & his crew were very professional & hardworking. They finished the job in one day, wouldn't even know they were here. Everything was perfectly done from start to finish. I would highly recommend Marquis Roofing to anyone looking for an excellent company to work with. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was needed to complete the job. Tom has an excellent crew as well. They are very knowledgeable, with good workmanship qualities. Thanks to Tom & his crew for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Raccoons love leading used in older roofs. They had worked they're way thru, just barely, and were heading for a larger opening. NMTI came, saw and conquered lickety split. I feel safe, now."

"During a recent heavy rainstorm, our porch roof started leaking enthusiastically. I found Anthony Mitchell (Tar Star Roofing) through Angi and I’m so glad I did. He was able to come by that very day and inspect the roof. He was very upfront about cost which I appreciated. We were expected another round of rain at the beginning of the following week, so he rearranged things to be able to fit me in just 2 days later. He completed the work within one day. Throughout the process he gave me updates on what he was doing, and explained everything clearly. While inspecting the property Anthony noticed that the railing on our side deck was coming loose, causing a hazard to the cars parked under it. He very kindly secured it for us, and didn’t even charge us. I will definitely hire him for future projects!"

"I highly recommend this company. Communication was excellent, scheduling was timely, job was done as promised. I requested a free inspection, which was very thorough, inside the attic space, and on the roof itself, complete with pictures and video. Kyle, the roof expert, explained options for me, different materials, different prices. He also offered different payment suggestions, so I could choose what would work for me. The quality of the materials, the work, the efficiency, were all superior. Mike, the project manager on the actual day of the job, was very clear in communicating as well. I am extremely pleased with the work, and particularly with the people. Excellent!"

"Pellegrino Construction did an excellent job on our roof.  While it has only been a few weeks since completion, we are very pleased with the work.  Mike P. was very responsive and professional throughout and answered all of our many questions. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
We first had Mike come and assess whether we could repair a leak.  He indicated he could likely repair it for a reasonable cost, although there was no guaranty the fix would work,  He was the only roofer we saw who was wiling to try to fix the leak before replacing the roof.  He also explained why we would soon need a new roof and let us now that we could likely wait a year or two, with minimal risk (this was the consensus among the roofers we spoke to).   Among the roofers we spoke to, he did not oversell the need for a new roof and provided an excellent explanation of the various issues.  We decided to replace the roof now to be sure to fix the leak and not worry about a problem in the next year or two.  Mike was flexible on using the materials we desired (within the constraints of the mfr. warranty) and on timing.  Compared to the other roofers we spoke to, Mike's pricing was a positive as well.
His team also cleaned up well and pointed out how they accidentally damaged an end cap on our deck.  Mike immediately repaired the damaged end cap and has been responsive after the  job as well in answering a question or two of mine.
