"1. Their machine broke down. They tried for hours to get it fixed. The brought in a different one and it didnâ t start. They finally got the original machine working but it was night time. 2. They finished and I couldnâ t inspect until morning. By that time the defects were visible and bad. Two rows were different colors. This is because the machine broke down and they had to wait hours and they made a new batch of mix that didnâ t match the first. 3. They avoided all my calls. I called and called. Iâ d wait weeks and when I finally got someone and gave my address they wouldnâ t show. 4. 2 years I called again and kept all the pictures and they forgot my address and came. As soon as he arrived I was waiting outside so he couldnâ t leave. I showed him all the work they did bad and of course he had every excuse in the book except an apology or to fix it. I would steer clear of this company. There are a lot of good reviews but pay close attention to the few that are bad. They did a horrible job, vanished and didnâ t try to resolve or fix anything. I pretend not to speak English very well. Showed home pictures from that time with date time and nothing but more excuses. Co Taft me if you wish so I can show you how bad the Joâ s was they did. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. "Vic started off well. On time, friendly and listened. Provided a quote and we got started. Then he would not call or email and just showed up to work. Hey, please coordinate. Then would only do parts and started and partially did a few portions and then gaps without any communication. We had weeds and he suggested sod (expensive) since we had so much weed. Instead of prepping it (weed kill and till) he just laid sod on top and weeds grew through. They built some simple drains but they failed and caused erosion. He disappeared for 2 weeks. Had to hire others to finish."
