"Absolutely Nothing **Pristine** about Pristine for You Cleaning Service. Owner Tammy was hired to detail clean my newly renovated home after post-construction cleaning and window washing had been completed. Tammy assured me the home would be **pristine** and move-in ready. Instead of providing the service she was hired to perform, Tammy left the place a deplorable mess. She left debris and dust everywhere, smudged and streaked brand-new stainless appliances, bathroom shower walls and kitchen backsplash not even touched, and dirt just pushed around on the tile flooring throughout the house. I have never seen such a HORRIBLE mess! I asked Tammy to come back and do what she was paid to do, but she just wanted to argue, denying Any problem - until I sent her photos of filthy stainless and debris on the floors and baseboard. The photos stopped her Denial of her unacceptable job, but knowing I was moving in, Tammy was **too busy** to return - unless I wanted to wait 2 weeks! I had no choice but to hire another cleaning company to clean the unsanitary mess Tammy left. If she had an ounce of integrity, Tammy would have returned the $200 she took for the nasty mess she knowingly left behind! Instead, Tammy went **radio silent** - evidently her idea of customer service. Disappointing doesnt begin to adequately describe **Pristine for You Cleaning Service**."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in West Palm Beach, FL

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
