We had some rain issues scheduling (nothing to do with him, just bad storms for about a week) and he kept in touch and was very considerate of my time. "Very disappointed with Greystone Masonry. We are not pleased with our stamped concrete patio at all. First, it was uneven. Instead of starting over, they cut the uneven portion out and re-poured only the affected section, which was about 1/4 of the patio. This resulted in uneven coloring. Again, instead of re-pouring, they sent someone out twice to reseal the patio, telling us it would even out the color. It didn't. As a result, there is so much sealant on the patio that now it has bubbles that have erupted all over the patio. I've contacted the store via phone and e-mail. No response from either. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend."
