"The contractor arrived on a day I was out of town. They did good work repairing our front porch cracks, sidewalk, and step cracks as well as the cracks in our side yard patio concrete slab. However, the crew missed our backyard patio area completely that was written into the contract. More importantly, they demanded my wife pay them on the spot or they would leave. My wife asked to delay payment until I arrived home later in the day to inspect! Since the crew supervisor missed the backyard patio area, I had to call Danielle to reschedule a second visit. The first reschedule date was canceled due to rain in the area. They return the next day to complete the job!! I would not highly recommend this company although I appreciated their mailed advertising materials that showed their many projects and the ways to use them. Marcus, the front-end sales rep did a great job explaining everything the company did with a breakdown of all costs related to each option. Would recommend if you decide to use them to ensure you read your contract carefully to know what you are paying for and that the crew on site reads it too so the work can be completed in one day!"

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"We reached out and were able to coordinate Francisco coming out for a quote. Got a quote that day. We decided to move forward a few days later and they started that week. The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). We love the patio and have already received many compliments on it!"

"Chris showed up for our estimate on time. He was very knowledgeable and spent allot of time going over my crawl space and giving me his thoughts on what we needed. He came back the next day with his boss Greg to make sure I didn't have any structural issues that needed addressed. We decided to hire them and 3 weeks later the crew arrived. They were punctual and hard working. There were a total of about 7 guys that came out to work on our project it took a week one day was affected by bad weather. It's only been a day but so far I couldn't be happier. I love knowing that I have a dry crawl space and my family is living in a healthier home. I would hire them again in a minute. Marcus came out to give us an estimate and spent alot of time showing us what needed to be done and options, Brian and Noah, who did the actual repairs worked super hard all day, repairing everything in our large driveway, 2 sidewalks and large patio, and Danielle helped with all questions on scheduling and financing. "They works arrived early evening (5 pm) due to an earlier job. They finished up about 9 pm. The came back the next morning and buffed and applied the clear coat. They did a great job! The floor looks great. They filled all the floor cracks and the seam between the floor and wall. The workers were friendly and got right to work when they arrived. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. <br />"

"It went very smoothly.  I had a voice mail from his Office Manager, Jenny (she's awesome) on Friday, 3.30, that he'd be coming to do the job on Monday, 4.2.    He was here on Monday morning - bright and early - with his team and the pad was poured!  There were no surprises as to cost, layout, what we wanted, etc.  He's incredibly smart and good at what he does.  I asked if he could offer me some suggestions to improve my backyard area (patio or sidewalk from deck to other areas, etc.).  Shortly after that conversation, we walked the area off, he talked about stamped concrete options, colored concrete - to save money over stamped, etc.  and said he'd have Jenny put a proposal together for me.  I had that proposal Monday night. <br /> <br /> These folks are great!  They're professional and just 'good people'.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends!"
