"Bob came and explained in great detail how the work would be performed by qualified workers. They were to take down two trees, trim dead wood from others and leave the limb wood for me to split and burn. The only thing the left me was three severely damaged shrubs, deep divots in the yard, and a torn screen on my window. Various voice mails and texts from Bob who said he would get me wood and fix the divots. None of that happened and no one from the company will respond to emails, texts, or phone calls."
