He answered our call and arrived the following day, right on time. Dan was extremely professional and courteous. He explained to us that it was a yellow jacket issue and went over the methods he used to resolve it. He also encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns. "We contacted them last summer for a carpenter ant problem. Against our usual instinct, we decided to go with the year subscription program - and are we glad we did! In the following months, we had problems with wasps, birds nesting in our porch, and a possible rat den. In each case, they came out right away and took care of the problem. For the wasps, a first attempt didn't solve the problem, so they came back quickly and fixed it. Very thorough and professional. Our only issue has been that the techs don't always show up at the hour they say, which can leave us hanging. But when that happens, we've gotten good results calling the central number."
