Meeting with us initial, taken actual photos of roof assessment and explaining to us issues and options. Additionally, they showed up each time for a 3 day job day exactly when they said they would. Weâ re considerate with debris fall and clean up. I also feel confident that we need them further assist or have an issue Alex and team will be available and on it. "Robert was very quick to respond with a call vs. communicating via text . I sent pictures to him explaining a failed/ incomplete job by another contractor from Thumbtack… the worst ever . Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. After inspection of the roof, the estimate was within parameters. Contract papers was signed, Robert got to work right a away.
