"Very well. Repair was done today and it works well so far. If I see any issues with the repair, I will try to come back here and report the issue. That said, excellent service and job so far - here are details: a) Alex was responsive when I asked for a quote; multiple phone calls and emails to clarify the quote. b) He provided estimate with alternatives and explained them in terms I could understand. c) Even though it was not in his best interest, he recommended the cheapest alternative and was prepared to complete it when he arrived. The door is repaired, back in business, and working well the few times I have tried it today."

"Jeff and his team knew what they were doing. They repaired a very problematic leak and replaced broken tiles on the roof of our 2-story house. They also proposed a unique solution to cap off some decorative external wood beams on the front of the house that were collecting water and exhibiting signs of wood rot (something we didn't even realize was happening). The ceramic tiles on our house were hard to locate, but he was able to find the correct ones, and we have some spare ones left over. It's been 6 years since the repair and we've had no issues."
