"We gave Rick a long list of tasks that included: changing lightbulbs and batteries in high places; fixing and painting a ceiling; installing wire caging on a fireplace vent; and cleaning the gas fireplace glass. He also fixed our sliding glass door screen, which we added to the list. He accomplished all this in one day. Rick is prompt, detail oriented, and is great a problem solving. He has a really wonderful attitude. My husband and I appreciate Rick’s hard work and enthusiastically recommend him. We will hire him again."

"Roger from Nickel City responded quickly, showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs on my door Excellent performance"

Proudly serving western ny with all of your construction needs!

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I am someone who is trying to start a business. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 20+ years, mainly doing commercial residential construction. I want to build something of my own where I feel my work can be noticed. I travel anywhere within the greater Rochester region. I look forward to meeting with you. Thank you

"He was prompt, he was very good, came out and spent some time and gave me an estimate.  He was awesome - a very cordial person. He was on top of it right away, he called me right away, everything was on schedule.  Everything that he said he was going to do, he did. He was on point, and I would recommend him to anybody."

"Frisco Remodeling comes very highly recommended, not only from Angie's List but from another service provider in the Frisco, TX area. I did not expect to see Jim Heiler until March but he had some free time between jobs and stopped by to review my remodeling needs in my kitchen area. He explained that he could not start immediately since he was finishing up on a current job but gave me an estimated date. I feel comfortable with him in my home and I am more than willing to wait for him to get to my job some time in March.
