"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "The leak was repaired in a day! Justin was awesome at figuring out how to fix the leak that was in a very difficult place to reach. I couldn't be happier with the work. The job required that a wall, ceiling and tile be repaired which was all done in a timely manner and with excellent results. His team returned to install a vanity. Only complaint is communication with email is less than efficient. Had a toilet flushing mechanism that needed repaired as well and was communicated with information about the vanity. When called my husband to say the job was complete, he forgot to mention it so will take another trip to fix it which will probably cost a bit more for the time but will pay it because I know it will be done well. The do wonderful work, just communicate clearly by phone not email. Would highly recommend for quality work at a fair price."

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
