"While the patio and walkway look great, the project took months longer than promised and remains unfinished. Max assured me the heating system under the pavers wouldn?t require an electrical upgrade, but after installation, he said it would?though supposedly free. That was false, and his electrician never contacted me to coordinate the upgrade and hookup. Every electrician I spoke to confirmed the upgrade is costly. Max?s follow-up has been poor, with months of no response. The fire pit?s electric start was also DOA, and over a year later, it?s still not fixed. His crew was hardworking and respectful, but given the delays, miscommunication, and unresolved issues, I can?t recommend StoneX. If they make things right, I?m happy to update my review."

Aaron discussed the job up front, did excellent work, kept the work space neat and tidy at the end of each day, was very approachable and flexible when an alteration was needed for one side. He was very professional in his approach, but also friendly and interested in what you want the scope of the job to be. I would highly recommend him! Get him on your side for your spring projects!"

When we reached out the first time, the owner stated he would come back & overseed. Never showed up. We contacted them several times & sent text/pictures/video to show the concerns ... spotty grass and & 2 trees that did not take. They stated there was a "miscommunication" & they would come back & take care of it (contract states work 100% guaranteed), but now 5 wks and still no show."
