"Josh was the 14th mason we contacted for replacing our brick back in around our newly installed front door with side windows. The previous 13 were either too busy right now, wouldn't use our bricks, didn't want to do the tedious work of zig-zag sawing around bricks, complained that it would be too difficult, or were just plain no-shows to scheduled appts. Josh apparently did the impossible job that others couldn't or wouldn't do! He used the brick we had from the old door being cut out, did the necessary zig-zag sawing around the bricks on one side of the door, put in vertical "soldier" bricks above and below the door, matched the mortar color (which others said would not be possible), and did the extra job requested of putting in vertical "soldier"bricks above a separate window on the front of our house. He installed angle irons above the door and window to hold up the soldier bricks. And, he did all this work around a newly installed door, having protected the door well with a tarp and boards. (Normally his job would be much easier to do BEFORE the door was installed.) He tidied up every day before he left, and he did a great final clean-up. Communication was prompt. He was very courteous. And his price was better than fair. We paid him a good bit extra, because he was willing to do the "impossible" job that others didn't want, and his work was excellent. It WAS a tough job! The result is exactly what we had hoped for! He took the challenge and impressed us. Obviously, we highly recommend that you don't waste your time getting other estimates. You probably won't find better!"

They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. "We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"
