"Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."

When Chris indicated that they could complete a full kitchen remodel in 8 weeks while we were in Florida for the winter we immediately booked the job. Our only requirement was that Ben, Cami and John would do the work since they had done such a great job on the bathroom remodel. We were able to follow the progress on the kitchen remodel using face time with Ben. Chris King gave us great advice on selecting everything needed for both projects. We couldn't be happier."

"I just had a fiberglass patio awning replaced with a metal one from The Patio Room Factory. The original covering was very old and dirty, but I wanted the wooden framing left intact. The install and finished product were even better than I had expected. It looks great and the company was very easy to work with. Mark Yates, the sales rep, was always accessible whenever I had a question and they even postponed the install scheduled for last fall till spring because of an unexpected surgery I needed.
