"I can not say enough good things about this company. They were prompt and efficient. We had them lay vinyl plank throughout our first floor and then carpet on our stairs and entire second floor. All work is beautiful. They listened and responded to what I was wanting for my flooring. All employees on their crew were polite and hardworking these are their employees, not subs. The job was completed ahead of schedule and when they left all equipment, supplies, and trash was removed. They want your business. Their price was higher than our first quote and they worked to get where we could both be happy. As soon as I met this team I knew I wanted them to install my floors. Their price was minimally higher in the end, but well worth it. I feel confident in saying if you hiring them you will not be disappointed."

"Had my entire main floor and upstairs hall and bathrooms replaced with LVP. I ordered the materials based on their shopping list. Went off without a hitch. Clint, Brian and the install team were great from initial contact to installation to follow up. Very professional team that does great work. I’m very pleased with the flooring and the experience."

"Mikhail and his team did a great job. He came by to check out the job request on the same day that we contacted him. Our price quote came the next day and the price was very reasonable. He always kept in contact efficiently through text! Our job was pretty small, so he fit it in the following week and it was completed within 2 days! They put up plastic walls to block the dust and everything was left very clean. He recommended that we stick to a natural finish, and I'm glad that's what he recommended because our wood floors look really wonderful and there was very minimal smell during the process! Overall, we're really happy with the outcome! My only small concern was with the quarter mold installation. Our walls are old so it's not all flat along the bottom. I wish they had filled in the gaps between the wall and the molding before leaving, but he was kind enough to leave a tube of caulking for us at no additional cost."

"The removal and replacement kitchen and dining room. Hall sanded down to natural wood. Installers great to work with. Cared about their quality of work"

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"We were in need of a finish carpenter to install doors, install finish trim around the doors and windows as well as install unfinished hardwood floors in a bedroom addition. We could not have been more satisfied with the work that Brian and his son, Toby did. The quality of their work was outstanding and both of them were professional, prompt and hard workers. I have pretty high expectations and the finished product actually exceeded what I was hoping for. I plan to use them again when I need additional work done."

"John lives up to his name, he is the most reliable contractor I've ever worked with. My floors, that are 25 years old look brand new. Please choose Reliable Floors for your next project!"

"Jack was awesome! He kept me informed every step of the way, he did an awesome job removing the carpet and installing the vinyl wood planks, and he did for cheaper than anyone else quoted, and he did a fantastic job very quickly! The room looks bigger and the floor looks beautiful!"

"Communication was rapid, professional, and complete. The price was much better than we could imagine. The tile work is absolutely beautiful. They did our hard wood floor, too. The work was done in the time promised. They were also â ready to goâ after the cabinets were refaced. I canâ t say enough about the company. A perk to this, too, is that they are a family business, and we were able to support a local family business. I love being able to do that."

"Ryan dud a beautiful job on our small alcove shelving. He located the right shelves and installed them at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up after he was done."
