"We hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring,stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! I highly recommend this small, extremely professional company. I wouldn't use anyone else."

"Mikhail and his team did a great job. He came by to check out the job request on the same day that we contacted him. Our price quote came the next day and the price was very reasonable. He always kept in contact efficiently through text! Our job was pretty small, so he fit it in the following week and it was completed within 2 days! They put up plastic walls to block the dust and everything was left very clean. He recommended that we stick to a natural finish, and I'm glad that's what he recommended because our wood floors look really wonderful and there was very minimal smell during the process! Overall, we're really happy with the outcome! My only small concern was with the quarter mold installation. Our walls are old so it's not all flat along the bottom. I wish they had filled in the gaps between the wall and the molding before leaving, but he was kind enough to leave a tube of caulking for us at no additional cost."

"Very happy. Floor looks beautiful, and price was very fair. John Rankin was easy to coordinate with beforehand. He hung plastic to protect our cabinets and basically walled off the area. We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. Very happy, give him a call if you need wood floor work!"

"Bill completed a variety of jobs around my condo: he removed and replaced a bathroom faucet; repaired a closet door; stained and installed a new baseboard; secured small section of subfloor; installed bathroom towel rails; and removed an entry door to the garage and replaced with a steel door, installed new trim on the inside, and painted the door and new trim. I was pleased with the quality of work and the very reasonable price. Bill was easy to work with and was happy to make extra runs to the store or reschedule when things did not go as planned or extra supplies were needed.
