"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently donâ t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didnâ t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it. Their response to our concerns was dismissive and antagonistic. This was definitely the worst home-improvement experience weâ ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Based on our experience, you will be very disappointed if you consider A&A Pronto for any carpentry work!!!"

"Outstanding!! I requested a quote for storm damage on my roof using Armor’s website. I received a reply the next day. I agreed to meet with him. He came out the next day to reviewed the damage and an explanation as to what was needed done. It was determined that the damage did not create a leak. The review and explanation was clear and concise. I was quoted a price which was very reasonable. I accepted the proposal. A few delays due to weather took place but in my opinion the work was completed in a very professional and acceptable time. Job well done!!!"

He kept me updated every step of the way as to when to expect delivery of the materials and when the roof would be completed. "I had originally called as I had some storm damage and needed them to look at a couple shingles. When they came out, they assured me they didn't need to go up onto the roof at all and told me I had some nail pops and the obvious shingles that were missing. I was quoted for the work (just under $1000) and had to put $500 as a deposit. fast forward to the day they came out. Not only did they bring a shingle not even close but when the project manager was up on the roof told me that I had way more going on up on the roof and they highly recommend replacing the whole roof due to water damage and condition of shingles. At this point I did my due diligence and shopped around after getting the quote for a full roof replacement. I got quotes from 4 other companies who all came up quite a bit lower (material costs across the board were lower), and the icing on the cake was the fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE asked me the question why didn't the first company go up on the roof at first as they all agreed I needed to replace it. So, if Cochran would have just went on the roof in the first place I wouldn't have had to even put the original deposit in which they didn't even fix issues as it needed replaced and so I paid essentially $500 for them to caulk a couple place and not just go on the roof THE FIRST TIME and find the issue up front... I called to let them know I was going with another company who was a much lower quote for the exact same work, and they didn't even offer a refund (ethical thing to do since they didn't even go on roof at first) and even admitted that they should have just gone on the roof the first time when I asked them to! If you are looking for a quote from this company, all I have to say is just avoid or be careful."
