"Great!! Two different handymen, two different occasions. Both men were professional and friendly. Replacing the interior door took some time, and it was worth it! Dean was meticulous (and went up and down the stairs so many times) to make sure the door fit properly in the frame and opened easily over the carpet (which the previous door never did). Separately our front stoop needed repair - pulling off the existing stone/brick that was deteriorating and replacing it with bluestone. James does beautiful work - he is a master in masonry. Coming out of lockdown and having both men show up with all the necessary PPE put me at ease - they were being very careful and following all the guidelines. I've already scheduled them for more work. Well worth the price!!"

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation.
