"Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."

"It was just a closet.... one month later, it became the most beautiful bathroom in the house! I hired Bally's Builders for a bathroom addition in an extra bedroom in my house, which was previously an office. There was a pretty deep closet, but I never imagined that it could be enough space for a full bathroom. The work crew was fast, efficient and hardworking. Left my home spotless, and even helped with little extra details in the end. I'm in love with this bathroom! It's just gorgeous and modern, and more than what I hoped for."

"I hired them to clean and seal the gout in our entire home flooring, simple . . . . We had fairly new base boards through the entire house, 3 years old in perfect condition. the workers got them so wet that the base boards crumbled and socked up the water to where I need to replace many of them them. I contacted the company with no response. I think the techs just did not know what they were doing. The grout did get clean but will cost me a lot of money fixing the problems they created. I would never recommend this company to any one I know. Too bad!!"
