"We contacted A.P. for Tree Removal and Trimming Service. They responded the same day, provided an estimate on site, and scheduled the work to start within two days. They arrived on their scheduled, time, communicated with us regarding the work to be done, their crew was very organized, worked well together, kept the work area picked up, protected at other property, Communicated with us to ensure the trimming was as we wanted, and Cleaned up the area when completed. The owners walked us around the property when they were finished to make sure we were satisfied with their work. All of their workers were very friendly and were available to answer questions. When I took water to the workers, all thanked us, and one of the younger workers also thanked me for selecting them to do the work for us. We will use them again for future projects."

"They were able to get the job done within expected timeline but did not pay attention to the details. They hurried the pipe that needed to be left at a slight incline to drain, under the gravel. They didn?t confirm a time or way of payment collection and just showed up at home, followed my husband in garage asking fir money which I was supposed to pay and I was in communication with the company. I communicated and paid them next day but again got a payment request via home advisor a few days later. I consider that an unpleasant experience"
