"After seeking an initial estimate with a competitor, my wife and I asked AES to perform an estimate for a master bathroom remodel project. David Hill was assigned to our project as the lead sales representative. David met with us and quickly submitted a fair proposal (not to mention SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price than our initial estimate) to us to perform the work we were seeking in our remodel. As new customers we were pleased with the process and with the responsiveness of David throughout the project. AES uses an app, Co-Construct, which allows for transparency of the project details. It also allowed us to see status updates throughout each part of the remodel as pictures were frequently taken to demonstrate the progress of the work. Speaking to the work itself we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of our contractors, Matt and Kurt. They were very diligent and meticulous and did an excellent job, especially with the tile work involved. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any remodel) and Matt and Kurt were very receptive and flexible in fixing the issues quickly and to our needs. In all the project took about 3.5 weeks and my wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom! We want to thank AES and all of the associates with whom we had the pleasure of working. We would definitely consider hiring AES for future home projects!"

"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

"After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"Jeffrey was always available to answer my questions and was knowledgeable in all aspects of fencing. I changed my mind at least 3 times on the gates, sizes and placement and he was always accommodating. He gave great suggestions for the placement of the gates too. "If I could give an A+ rating in all above categories, I would do so. Our rough, ugly unfinished lower level laundry area was transformed into an inviting, functional space and, at the same time, our 1970's bathroom was remodeled and updated with new fixtures, a recessed medicine cabinet, lighting and tile flooring. The owner, Brian was great to work with. He not only designed these projects to accommodate my specific needs and wants, but also had the vision and design skills to make suggestions that maximized the storage and layout to fully utilize every inch of available space. He added a storage alcove and pegboard wall for cleaning and ironing supplies, built a closet to hide the heating unit, and designed and installed a storage wall of upper and lower wood cabinets with a countertop and clothes hanging rod. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the finished work in both areas and appreciated Brian's neatness and respect for our home. He used protective cloths over our floors, and cleaned up construction dust and debris daily. I never expected to enjoy the entire design and renovation process, but I did. Wenkat's owner was reliable, organized and made optimal use of time so the project was completed on time. We will enjoy these renovations for years to come."

"After two back to back, and VERY stressful insurance claims, both of which we had the pleasure to work with Modern Remodeling, the bulk of our stress and frustration came from the insurance side. For a total of about 7 months, Modern Remodeling worked with us diligently to handle every roadblock and negotiation between our insurance adjuster and our claims. "This is the second time we've used Clarksville Construction for home repairs. Both times we worked directly with Quelvin Gonzalez who is knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. You never have to wonder if Quelvin is going to return your phone call or respond to your email. Both projects came off without a hitch. He just takes any worry and anxiety off your shoulders from the initial call all the way through to project completion. The first time we used Clarksville Construction was the spring of this year (2021) to replace deck posts that were showing rot at ground level. It's a large deck with a heavy roof, and all five posts were replaced by a skilled crew who exceeded our expectations. Clarksville Construction just completed a second job for us. A huge piece of drywall fell off the ceiling of the garage on a 25-year-old home! Quelvin came out and noticed the builder (Patriot Homes) used nails (not screws) to "secure" the drywall to the ceiling. Quelvin orchestrated a team of two to replace the drywall that fell off and secured the rest of the ceiling drywall with screws and such. I would also like to give kudos to the team that handles phone calls. They are kind and very responsive. Don't stress. Just call Clarksville Construction."
