"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

"I would recommend this company to anyone who wants flooring installed. Received a call within minutes of my initial post. Received an estimate over the phone and had my project done two days later. The installer arrived early was extremely nice and his work was great!!!!"

"Mario and the whole crew were great. He responded to my inquiry immediately, came to my home and provided samples along with an estimate. A week later my floors were installed in 1 day. They were great, efficient, professional, friendly, thorough and cleaned up after all work was complete. Great quality floors so far, they look awesome and it's a huge transformation. Definitely competitive pricing and value. Nothing like dealing with the commercial big box names which I will not mention. All I will say it's one of those companies failed to even show up for the in home estimate even after 3 calls confirming the day and time so I would make sure I was here for their worker. Laughable and unprofessional. I told them they'll never have my business. I highly recommend Mario and the MP floors staff, you will thank me later."

"One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. Mick answered every one of my annoying questions and was extremely responsive. Everything was done on time and done really well. I highly recommend you call Mick for your floors (and some other tile work as well). I love my floors!! Thank you so much!"

"Diogo is a very friendly, honest gentleman that understood exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and he also gave me great ideas. They installed my floors and they did a excellent job. He will be coming back to do more work for me. He comes on time and is very reliable. Iâ m going to recommend him to everyone I know. Hire him, you wonâ t be sorry!"

"I had an excellent experience working with this professional! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a clear commitment to delivering the best possible results. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and the final result exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find someone this reliable, dedicated, and skilled. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality flooring work, and I would definitely hire them again in the future!"

"Derek works with the best of the best. Great attention to detail and reasonably priced. This is an in progress and then finished photo of some 24x48 in tile I recently had his people install. They were quick and even worked on Christmas Eve in order to have our home ready for entertaining on Christmas Day. I have also worked with Derek on other construction related projects including drywall and plumbing. Derek is always communicative, reliable, and courteous. As both a landlord and homeowner, Derek is always my first point of contact when I have any repair or renovation project pending."
