"All Under One Roof gave me a quote and began work 2 weeks later. There were no extra charges or costs associated with the work performed. The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. They spent detailed time cleaning up and sweeping my yard for nails and debris with large magnets. I would highly recommend owner John Lanzafame and his team All Under One Roof! "I've lived in my old house for nearly 20 years. Every few years, slates could come off, or we'd need something fixed. I've struggled to find a good roofer who will do slate work and do it well. The last couple repairs were done with the wrong type of slate (color mismatch) and adding copper hangers everywhere. I just thought that this was the best I was going to get. "The Willard Company was very efficient with scheduling a visit to come give an estimate, sending the estimate, and scheduling the work to be done. The team came and replaced the gutter around the third floor balcony in one day. The price was just a little over the estimate because they replaced old wood behind the gutter which was a very good thing. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them."

"Very easy to contact, we discussed what was needed. Estimate was performed using aerial (satellite?) photos, and was in line with other estimates. He used Timberline shingles, and gave us a broad selection of types and colors. We arranged a date, and he communicated promptly about what was needed. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof was completely removed and replaced in one day on Saturday. Joe was there all day, and helped install the trickiest portion of the roof. He took videos so we could see the work, including wood replacement where needed and inspect the final job. Cleanup was excellent."

"PROS: RICHARD FARINA WAS THE ONLY ROOFER WHO GAVE US AN ESTIMATE THAT ACTUALLY GOT UP ON THE ROOF TO LOOK AROUND. HE HAS A LARGE CREW THAT GOT THE JOB DONE IN UNDER 3 DAYS. THEY DID AN OKAY JOB OF CLEANING UP. CONS: ON ONE SIDE PORCH THE CREW REMOVED TWO WOODEN TRIM PIECES LEAVING UNSIGHTLY GAPS; ONE DOWNSPOUT ON THE FRONT WAS OFF ANGLE BY ABOUT 10 DEGREES; ONE DOWNSPOUT IN BACK WAS PUT ON BACKWARDS. I WAS TOLD THE SUPERVISOR ON THE CREW WAS NEW. THE OFFICE STAFF IS PLEASANT AND RESPONSIVE; THE COMPANY HAS NOT RESPONDED TO REPEATED REQUESTS TO ADDRESS ISSUES. 2010 UPDATE: STILL FINDING PROBLEMS."

"Newton Roofing responded quickly to my general roof repair request. Rich Mello came out and assessed the situation and suggested both a roof patch repair and/or a partial roof replacement. He was informative and helpful. Not a hard sell at all. Quickly emailed an estimate for both jobs. I thought the price was good on both. I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."
