"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

His quote was priced competitively and transparently so that it was easy to modify moving forward during the process. His team worked hard and efficiently - they even could work on Saturday. They took care of details to cover the disturbed soil with seeds and straws after finishing the paving. They also buried drain pipes for our gutter down sprouts to be redirected underneath the patio. Luis kept track of our project well, and his team and he are very understanding and easy to communicate in person.
