He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up. Ivan will work on your home,as if it was his own.
I have 4200sq foot home and I had a full re-do completed.
I live in an area with tons of trees and not having gutter guards, is not an option.
The most expensive guards are rated #1 in consumer reports, and the rest are just not as good.
