"Sean Kennedy Painting did a terrific job inside and outside our home. Sean and Eric were very personable and terrific to work with. They were very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen with many years of experience. The interior work they did was truly amazing. One room they painted was a room with tongue and groove wood that required a deep knowledge of how to treat the wood in preparation for painting. They even caulked the seams. The room came out beautifully and is really a showpiece. Sean and Eric did a terrific job painting the exterior of our house. They were meticulous in all aspects. They power washed the house and covered everything when painting including the roof. Sean even vacuumed up paint chips! They scraped AND sanded peeling areas and primed the bare wood in Preparation for the finish coats. They identified areas of rot and brought in a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. We were going to purchase new shutters but Sean said they could remove the shutters and spray paint them. The shutters look brand new. They are concerned about spending money unnecessarily! Included in the price was painting doors and basement windows which again came out beautifully. Kennedy Painting’s price was very fair. They were very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual starting early everyday. They worked hard as painting is a physically demanding occupation. Sean and Eric are honest and very trust worthy. We would go to appointments, etc. and leave the house open for them. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and we would recommend them without reservation."

"Renes came to our newly purchased condo and, after a thorough inspection, gave us a very reasonable written detailed estimate of the painting work that we had requested. He noticed details about the work to be done that other painting contractors had not mentioned to us. Communication with him and his office manager was always prompt and helpful. The interior painting job took four days (which is exactly how long he had told us that it would take) and was beautifully done, with real attention to detail. After we had picked out the specific Benjamin Moore colors and paint sheen to be used (with advice from Renes), Renes bought all of the paint (at a contractor's discount) and started the job three days after we had decided to hire him. All of his workers were prompt and friendly and did an excellent job of safely moving two large china cabinets. We inspected the work each day (with Renes proudly showing us specific details of repairs that he had done so the painting would be effective in certain areas) and Renes was quick to accept the small suggestions that we made. After completing the work, Renes left us the leftover paint in case touch ups were needed and he and his workers cleaned up everything. The paint job itself was perfect -- no paint bleed-overs onto the trim, no paint marks on the floors or windows, and no extra charges over the original written estimate that we had been given. We would happily hire R & J Painting again!"

"I was looking to build a fairly large deck (15 X 25) and met Chris Morcone through a common friend where he had quoted on some landscape work over a year ago.  I really liked the fact that even though a project was never done by my friend, Chris continued to check in with her and follow up on the project. In my mind, Chris knew the importance of follow up and <br /> referrals.  I had ideas which I presented to Chris for pressure treated and composite decking and they were immediately <br /> quoted out ? no pressure or hard sales. I got several other quotes and chose to work with Chris and his partner Paul because I felt confident that the work done was going to be done well and to my liking.  After agreeing to go forward, Chris and Paul started <br /> immediately ordering the product and doing as much as possible before receiving the permits from the town.  The town made <br /> Chris and Paul jump through a number of hoops to get the permit, but they were diligent and stayed on top of the process until it was received.  The completion of the deck was done as outlined and in a very timely manner.  Chris and Paul worked on the project full time until completed and they focused on every detail.  Every requirement the town inspector needed was done without question and as requested.  The deck turned out beautiful and I couldn?t be happier with the process and professionalism of these guys.  I would have no problems in hiring them again or referring them to anyone to do work.  A solid team and a solid product! <br />"

"Everything went very smooth and efficient. Our project manager Brian came on the first day and did an estimate for us, The project started and we met Omar, lead for the painting, with a small team and discussed what the process would be. First day was power-washing and caulking and filling imperfections in the trim and siding. Same day they started painting. The majority of the painting was done on day two. The third day was a second coat and finishing touches. Omar's team was very friendly, hard-working and very tidy when packing up for the day. The result was stunning and beyond my expectation. I would definitely use them again."

"Mack Mombrini with Alton Barnes has done a TON of work on our home and is spectacular to work with. He&#39;s professional, a great communicator, has great attention to detail and has experience in so many different areas/can do a wide variety of projects (and if there&#39;s something he can&#39;t personally do/procure, he has a large network in the area that can help). His pricing is fair and the work gets done in a timely manner. He&#39;s helped us with the following: - interior painting (walls, doors, molding/trim) - refinishing of hardwood floors - kitchen remodel (new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, refinishing/painting of cabinetry, appliance install) - custom door install/replacement (including widening a doorframe) - outdoor shower repair - next up is staining our fence I don&#39;t think there&#39;s anything we&#39;ve asked of Mack that he hasn&#39;t been able to do himself or outsource through another subcontractor.
