They examined the problem under sink and identified leakage at the pop up assembly where the drain attaches to the sink, not in the trap. The pop up assembly and extension tail piece in the sink were removed and replaced with new parts. They checked to make sure they had all the parts first. I observed that they knew exactly what to do and worked professionally and quickly to effectively finish the job. They tested the sink and the repairs. Then asked me to inspect what they did. They instructed me on using the sink stopper correctly to prevent damage, something I thought was helpful. No issues with clean up. The job went faster than I expected. I would hire them again."

Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
