He removed a 50 foot long, 4 1/2 ft tall retaining wall that is 100 years old and had started to lean and fail. He completely removed the wall over a period of several days. He cleaned up the remnants every day and kept the sidewalk clear throughout the job. At the same time he retained my existing stone steps and repaired and reset the existing stone parapets abutting the steps. Duane did a beautiful job and I will use him in the future. He has an admirable work ethic and is refreshingly reliable."

Then they were available to do the work, They cleared the old broken down wall and another broken flower bed structure, near the retaining wall, In order to properly install the new wall it was mentioned to me that a tree stump and one big bush would need to be removed. That was fine with me and that's exactly what happened. Bye, bye tree stump. The worker that removed the tree stump operated that equipment with great precision. In the process of the heavy equipment moving in and out of the property, some walkway pavers cracked. I mentioned this to them and before all the work was completed, they replaced the broken pavers. At the end, they cleaned up, leveled the gravel that was in the driveway, The wall looks marvelous."

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."
