The project manager was extremely detailed when going over going over all of our concerns, and warned us of any potential problems we could run into (1960's house). We had venting issues with our attic, and Beantown provided a solution to resolve our air flow issues. They also added aluminum coil sheathing to the rake boards, and cut back the roof overhang on the rear entry for us. The project manager provided progress photos while the construction was on going using a drone to keep me informed and close up views of any problem areas. The crew was very detail oriented, and cleaned up extremely well after the project."

"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed.
