"Tom Vo recently tiled our bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. Although his prices are fairly expensive, he takes tremendous pride in his work and it is impeccable. In addition to tile installation, he installed medicine cabinets and repaired the base of a leaky toilet. We highly recommend Tom Vo."

"Michael Pearce was courteous, responded quickly to my request, showed up right on time, did a very nice job resealing the tub & regrouting the shower tile, and left the room spotless when finished."

"Mario is a perfectionist. The first project he completed was a half bath demo, tile installation, wall repair and paint. We then had him replaced posts on a screened in porch, replace rotted wood, door and lattice. I have great confidence in Mario's work, character and professionalism."

"I am extremely pleased with the repair of the damage to m wall. Ariol is extremely competent and his expertise is without question. More than that I found to Ariol to be one of the most respectful and polite contractors I have ever met."

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."

"The owner is wonderful, has great pricing and did a great job."

"Hired for ceiling and bathroom drywall in a difficult spot. The painters came in and quickly repaired ceiling and drywall. Even recaulked the tubs completely as they needed it. Amazing work!!!"

"Tyler Gibbons and his crew are the ultimate professionals. Tyler was very responsive and came out to view the worksite more than once to make sure he was giving us the best quote possible. He worked with us on the pricing and materials and once the job started, he provided progress updates every step of the way. We love our new deck and would definitely hire TMP Property Maintenance again."
