We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. "Professional crew. Good job and good customer service. They removed existing wood flooring and installed new bamboo floor in entire 2 bedroom apartment. They also helped with other tasks outside of their scope of work. I did not give them a 5 stars because they will have to return to fix a few minor things that were overlooked, but I am however pleased. I will correct my evaluation to a 5 after they will come back to take care of them. Will rehire on other job if the price will be again within my budget. I would recommend."

Floor was replaced with durable vinyl. Remaining wood floor was sanded and refinished. Decided to replace old carpet in 2 bedrooms with wood floors to match existing. Finished product is almost a perfect match! Daniel is also a contractor and his team of experts painted my entire condo ceilings to floors. "Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost."
