"It was GREAT! First, his was the most affordable bid. We especially appreciated that because, as we were in the bid-taking process, we had a multi-thousand-dollar plumbing disaster that affected us budget- and time-wise. Saul stuck with us until we were ready, he showed up to the minute at the time we requested and he always wore a mask when he was talking to us, which I appreciated because I"m in the high-risk age group. He kept us updated on how things were going.
