I called a few different companies in the Waycross area and I had a very hard time getting any of them to call me back or to even show up after appointments were made (even for the initial quote).  <br /> My experience with Joiner Heating & Air was the exact opposite of that... and wonderful to say the least.  I called on a Thursday evening and he was at my house the very next day (at the time he said he would be) to give me a quote. <br /> His quote, for the same ERR Rated units, was $1000 less than the other quotes I finally received. On top of that, labor and parts was included for 2 years. (While the others only covered labor for 1 year). <br />  This was a big job that took more than 1 day. He showed up on time everyday, always cleaned up any mess before leaving, if anything needed to change (from the original discussions) he made sure to discuss it with me first. He also cleaned my air vents for no additional charge.  <br /> I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism and will be recommending them to everyone I know for any AC/Heating needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"
