"Had a technician come out to scope our drain line. He forgot the camera, so they had to return. The check was not cashed, so I feared this with all the fraud in the world this man had my check and could compromise the safety of it. Called 3X no return call Told me to call accounting and no one answered and the voicemail was not set up ??? Customer service is very, very bad. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!!"

"He has done half the job. I have paid him more than half the amount and he has not come to complete the job. I have 2 phone numbers for him. Repeated text and phone calls are never answered. He is a fraud and untrustworthy. My driveway is all tore up and now I have to bring someone lese to finish the job. I plan to take legal action against him"

"Prior to arriving, they communicated clearly and quickly thru Angie's List messaging. They showed up when they said they would. Alonso and his assistant got right to work, carefully climbing the tree and using a chainsaw to carefully and cleanly cut off branches that were hanging about 2 feet over the power lines going to the house. Trimmed the tree well all around while leaving it nicely shaped. Removed my solar lights from the work area so they would not break them (offered to put them back when they finished, but I said it wasn't necessary). Fed all debris into wood chipper, cleaned up around area. Spoke English, very professional."
